Clay Farm Centre is a mixed use building housing an integrated community centre, health centre, public library, youth centre and police and social services touchdown offices. The five storey building, which is run by the local authority, it also hosts a community café, a public hall and 20 affordable flats.
This project has been developed in a fully integrated BIM mode assisting the coordination process for this complex building.
